2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you directly provide when registering an account, setting up an event, submitting an RSVP response, or uploading images/videos to our shared event galleries.

This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any uploaded media files.

3. Data Expiration & Deletion

To protect user privacy, events have a defined lifetime. All personal details, RSVPs, seating chart coordinates, and media uploads are automatically purged and permanently deleted from our servers shortly after the event expires.

4. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You can delete your account or event at any time from the application settings.
